As the leader of the Patriot Company the Commanding Officer is in charge of all cadets and ensuring their success. With the help of the rest of cadre and staff the CO is able to conduct promotion boards for those who need them, help staff when needed, plan companywide events and so much more.

The Executive Officer is charged with working closely with the other cadre, aiding staff when needed and taking charge in other ways. The XO makes sure the company runs smoothly and efficiently with as little bumps as possible while coordinating with the CO and CSEL.

Leading over our staff and acting as a guidepost, the Senior Chief is in charge of aiding the staff to the best of their ability. Our Senior Chief acts as the first point of contact for anyone needing further assistance, then bringing it up the chain of command to the CO and XO.

In charge of uniform distribution and count the supply officer holds a crucial role in making sure the Patriot Company is able to keep track of all its supplies. This department holds reign over ensuring the organization of materials is top tier any time it needs to be looked at or referenced.

Taking charge over the documentation side of the company the administration officer is tasked with keeping track of all cadet files and keeping them up to date as the year progresses. All uniform sizes, awards, and competitions are tracked through admin who use the Cadet Record Management (CRM) to organize everything.

In charge of all community service events and hours is our operations officer. Making sure there are plenty of community services to attend, giving back to our community in the process, as well as maintaining an hour log is the main job of our officer.
